Bedrooms
All of our 32 en suite bedrooms for 1, 2, 3 or 4 guests are fitted to the highest standard. Many have been upgraded recently and are beautifully decorated and furnished. These are our new Premier Rooms, with King Size double beds and our Retro 70’s rooms with many lovely mementos from that era. If you don’t want to try our new rooms please be assured that our traditional rooms are still very popular.
We know that our beds are extremely comfortable and have lost count of the number of guests who say they have a better nights’ sleep here at the Alumhurst than they do at home.
All of our bedrooms now have large Flatscreen TV’s with built in Freeview and DVD players, as well as having central heating and tea and coffee making facilities, serviced daily free of charge, for your greater comfort.
Your private shower room is fully tiled, and includes toilet, hand wash basin and shaver point. Towels and some toiletries are provided.
Our housekeeping staff take pride in offering you a spotlessly clean and pleasant bedroom to use during your holiday.
We have a small lift that services all bedroom floors, but due to differing floor levels the Alumhurst is not suitable for wheelchair-dependent guests, although any guests who can manage to leave their wheelchairs in reception will be offered any help they need.
We have smoking and non-smoking bedrooms available to our guests in strictly separate areas. Please state your choice at time of booking.
