Apart from providing a warm welcome to all, we also provide as much information as we possibly can about events in Blackpool. We are amongst a very small number of hotels near the beach that take genuine interest in the needs of our guests. A proportion of our rooms are suitable for people with slight mobility problems and some bathrooms have ‘grab rails’ fitted to meet the needs of those guests. Unfortunately, due to differing floor levels when you leave the lift, we are not suitable for Wheelchair Dependant Guests.

We keep all our floor areas clear to assist our visually challenged guests and the steps are all marked as required by DDA and at the Reception we have a Hearing Loop fitted.
